MASSAGE THERAPY |
 Massage
is a natural way to improve your vitality and
state of mind. For over 3,000 years cultures
worldwide have used massage as part of their
healthcare and rehabilitation, to relieve the
stress and tension of everyday living. We
combine the following techniques: Relaxation,
Deep Tissue, Acupressure, Trigger Point Therapy,
and Sports Massage. Each massage is a unique
combination of techniques personalized for you.

NATURAL HEALING STONE MASSAGE |
 Smooth
heated stones are combined with healing massage
techniques. This treatment is excellent for
relieving stress and melting away tension. Cool
marble stones may be used on areas of injury or
inflammation.

REFLEXOLOGY MASSAGE |
 Reflexology
is a healing technique based on the theory that
all body parts, organs and glands are associated
with reflex zones or points. Massaging the
associated zone affects the corresponding body
part. This service also improves circulation and
increases relaxation.

BACK AND NECK TENSION REDUCTION |
 A
wonderful alternative to a full body massage,
ideally suited for people with chronic muscular
neck and shoulder tension. Essentials oils calm
and balance stress levels within the entire
body. We begin with a half hour massage focused
on the entire back, neck and shoulders and then
a mud detoxification pack and hot packs are
applied.

MOTHER-TO-BE MASSAGE |
 Especially
for pregnancy, we combine relaxing massage with
tension relief for tired muscles. We position
mom for comfort and safety using body pillows
and bolsters. Our unique treatment includes warm
herbal packs, soothing aromatherapy oil, belly
butter, and a minty cooling foot massage.

ALOE AND HERB DETOX WRAP |
 Our
Aloe Detox Wrap starts with a 30 minute sauna
session to warm tissues and open pores, followed
by an aloe-herb gel that quickly penetrates the
skin. Essential oils tone and energize the body
while they move toxins from fat cells to the
lymph system. These toxins are flushed away by
drinking water after the session. For inch loss,
a series of 10 treatments is recommended.

SEAWEED HYDRATING WRAP |
A deep hydrating and exfoliating treatment for
dry, undernourished skin. First we remove dull,
dead skin with a body brushing treatment, then
follow with a full body seaweed wrap that
infuses the epidermis with vital mineral salts
and alginates to restore moisture and
elasticity, while firming and toning skin.
Remarkable smoothing and softening effects give

AROMATHERAPY WRAP |
An
essential oil wrap to calm and balance. We dry brush
your body, massage with an oil blend selected to meet
your needs, and wrap you in a warm cocoon to encourage
penetration of the beneficial oils. Recognizes and
addresses the unique needs of each person. A relaxing
and harmonizing experience.

SUNLIGHT SAUNA SESSION |
Sunlight Saunas combine the latest research and
technology to provide a truly superior sauna experience.
Just a few minutes spent inside the sauna can literally
melt away your day’s stress and worries. The infrared
light waves penetrate facial and muscular tissue,
helping to rid the body of toxins that are stored in
deeper layers of tissue. Health benefits include:
detoxification, pain management, weight loss, skin
purification, increase in circulation, and relaxation.
Sauna sessions are a great complement to any treatment
and are included in many of our spa packages. We
recommend a half hour sauna session prior to massage, to
warm up muscle tissues and increase the benefits of
massage.

LIGHTWAVE SKIN REJUVENATION |
Lightwave uses a set of pulsed red and infrared light
wavelengths that penetrate the layers of the skin. This

Helpful Information
At Natural Healing Day Spa we value your time and our
appointments begin and end on time. Please arrive 10-15
minutes before your appointment. This ensures we can do
a professional consultation to give you the best
service.
CANCELLATION POLICY: When we book your appointment(s) we
are reserving this time especially for you. We require a
credit card number to hold this time for you. If you
need to change or cancel your appointment we require 24
hours notice. For less than 24 hours notice we charge
$25 per cancelled appointment. For no shows we charge
the full amount of the appointments.
We try to make the most of your time here, wear
comfortable clothing, please leave your valuables at
home and we ask that you turn off your cell phone. We
also have shower facilities for use after your session.
Lastly, we provide product and home care recommendations
to support the benefits of your treatments.
Tipping is at your discretion.
All of our therapists are licensed in the State of North
Carolina and partake in continuing education to stay
current on the latest trends in their respective fields. |
