Spa and Wellness Center practice that has been in Banner
Elk for more than 20 years.
At our North Carolina day spa, we specialize in therapeutic and deep tissue massage, as
well as professional custom skin care and product
recommendations. We are professional Banner Elk Massage Therapists.
Our staff
are all professionally trained and licensed therapists
in North Carolina, and we are enthusiastic about helping you. We are
conveniently located near Boone, Banner Elk and Blowing
Rock.
Monday - Saturday - 10:00 am - 5:00 pm. Walk-ins

Cancellation Policy
All appointments will require a Credit Card or Gift
Certificate Number to hold your scheduled session time.
We require a 24 Hour notice for Cancellation or
Rescheduling your appointment time. Cancellations and or
Reschedules MUST be done within Spa Hours, and within 24
hours of your original appointment! A $25 Fee will be
charged for appointments canceled or reschedule with
less than the required notice. Example : If you call at
7pm (after spa hours) to cancel your appointment for
tomorrow at 11am, you will be charged a fee of $25 to
compensate the therapist. "No Call"- "No Shows" will be
billed the full amount of the service. Inclement weather
& Emergencies will be taken into consideration. By
booking an appointment with us you are agreeing to these
terms.
Gift Certificate Policies
1. We will not redeem Expired Gift Certificates. Gift
certificates are good for 1 whole year from date of
purchase. If for whatever reason you are unable to use
your Gift Certificate, please give it to a loved one.
2. Cancellation of appointment as defined in the
Cancellation Policy will result in the Forfeiture of
your Gift Certificate.
3. There are NO REFUNDS on Gift Certificates!
